Article 1 – Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to all sales concluded via the LABAA website for the OTO armchair.

Article 3 – Products
The OTO huggable armchair is an innovative product designed to improve the well-being and facilitate the daily life of autistic people. Each chair is designed with high quality materials to offer a comforting hugging experience.
Article 4 – Ordering
Orders can be placed by sending a request for a quotation on our website, which will then be forwarded to us. The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.
Article 5 – Prices
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are included or specified when the order is placed. LABAA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.
Article 6 – Payment
Full payment must be made before delivery of the product.
Article 7 – Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. LABAA undertakes to dispatch the OTO à étreindre armchair within the deadlines announced when the order was placed. In case of delay, LABAA will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Article 8 – Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his/her right of withdrawal without having to justify his/her reasons or pay any penalties. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
In the case of LABAA, we offer a 30-day trial or your money-back guarantee. Buy the chair, test it for 30 days and if the product does not suit you, we will refund you and take back the chair.
Article 9 – Guarantee
The OTO armchair benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity of the product sold, it may be returned to LABAA who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
Article 10 – Liability
LABAA may not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased. LABAA’s liability shall, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order.
Article 11 – Intellectual property
All elements of the LABAA site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of LABAA. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound.

LABAA undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided by the customer. The information collected is necessary for managing the order and improving the services offered by LABAA.
Article 13 – Applicable law
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
Article 14 – Customer acceptance
The fact that a natural person (or legal entity) places an order on the LABAA website implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
